1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund. The refunded amount will be credited directly to your Efaeys Wallet, which you can use for future purchases or request a withdrawal to your bank account.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible to return the item under our Return Policy after delivery.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

Some items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed. These include:

  • Perishable or consumable goods
  • Digital downloads or subscription services
  • Personalized or custom-made items
4. Refunds for Cancellations

All refunds from cancelled orders are credited into your Efaeys Wallet. Wallet balances are available for instant use on Efaeys.com or can be withdrawn to your bank account subject to processing timelines.

5. Processing Time

Refunds for cancellations are usually processed within 24–72 hours of approval. The wallet credit will reflect immediately once processed.
