At Efaeys.com, we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled and credited to your account wallet.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The product was delivered in a defective or damaged condition
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product is incomplete or missing essential parts
• The product does not match its description or specifications
• You cancelled the order before it was shipped

All approved refunds are credited directly to your Efaeys Wallet. You can use your wallet balance for future purchases on Efaeys.com or request a withdrawal to your bank account, subject to applicable processing times.

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be credited to your Efaeys Wallet within 3–7 business days. Wallet credits are available instantly for reuse once processed.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• The product was damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery
• Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
• Non-returnable items such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, or digital products
• Requests made outside the eligible return window

Partial refunds may be issued if an item is returned used, missing parts, or not in its original condition. The balance will be credited to your Efaeys Wallet.

If you cancel an order before it is shipped, the full amount paid will be refunded into your Efaeys Wallet.

If the return is due to an error by Efaeys.com (wrong or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by us. If the return is due to customer preference or error, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
