You may return a product if:

• The wrong item was delivered to you
• The product is incomplete or missing parts
• The product does not match its description

Items must be returned within the specified return period (usually 7 days from delivery) to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Some products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

• Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel
• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
• Personal care items (cosmetics, skincare, health products)
• Digital products and gift cards

To initiate a return:

• Log into your Efaeys.com account
• Go to your orders and select the item you wish to return
• Submit a return request with reason and upload supporting images if applicable
• Our team will review and provide instructions for pickup or drop-off

Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds are usually completed within 7–14 business days and will be issued through your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

If you prefer an exchange, you may request a replacement for the same product (subject to availability). If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return shipping costs may be covered by Efaeys.com if the fault lies with us (e.g., wrong item, defective product). If the return is due to a change of mind or customer error, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
